Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a dedication to producing high-quality baked goods. You will be responsible for creating a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes.
  • Follow recipes and maintain the quality and consistency of our products.
  • Decorate cakes and pastries to meet specific customer requests.
    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling special orders and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a baker or relevant role in a bakery.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to operate bakery equipment.
  • Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
